Window cleaning in Mexico Beach
The best window cleaning you’ve ever had, or it’s free.
Mexico Beach is a small town with the Gulf on one side of the road and a lot of brand-new houses on the other. The salt comes in on every breeze, and we keep the glass clear on a set neighborhood day, inside and out.

What Mexico Beach does to a window
Mexico Beach is a few miles of Highway 98 with the Gulf on the south side and the town laid out in a grid to the north, so every house in town is within walking distance of salt water. There is no bay or barrier island to soften the breeze. The salt mist comes straight off the beach, crosses 98, and settles on the glass of the Gulf-front houses and the first several rows behind them as a milky film within two or three weeks. The houses along the Mexico Beach Canal get a second coat from the boat traffic and the canal itself.
Hurricane Michael came ashore here in October 2018 and the town is still rebuilding. That means most of Mexico Beach now has new impact windows, new screens, new stucco and young landscaping on sprinklers that run on well water, which leaves hard mineral spots along the lower panes. The trees that were lost have not grown back, so there is less pollen than in Panama City, but there is also less shade, and the sun bakes the salt onto the glass faster. The sugar-sand dust that blows up from the beach gets into the tracks and screens, and the elevated houses with wraparound porches collect it on every sill.
Gulf-front homes along 98 and on the canal do best every month or two, because the salt comes back that fast, and most owners have the inside glass done once a year. Homes on the north side streets toward Highway 386 are fine on a quarterly plan, and second-home owners often have us time a clean for just before they come down. We work Mexico Beach on its own day from the west end near Tyndall to the Gulf County line, work the whole street in one pass, and send a text the morning of each visit.

Mexico Beach window cleaning questions
How much does window cleaning cost in Mexico Beach?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Mexico Beach?
Gulf-front homes along Highway 98 and on the canal pick up salt film within weeks and do best every month or two. Homes on the north side streets are fine on a quarterly plan. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Can you clean the glass on elevated houses with tall pilings?
Yes. Most of the rebuilt houses in Mexico Beach are up on pilings with the living space two or three stories off the ground, and we clean them with water-fed poles from the ground and ladders where needed. Tell us how many stories and whether there is a wraparound porch on the quote form so we bring the right equipment.
Can you clean around hurricane shutters and storm panels?
Yes. If your shutters are up for the season we clean what is reachable and come back for the rest once they are down. Accordion and roll-down shutters do not get in the way of a regular clean, and we will tell you if a panel is sitting against the glass and holding salt.
